This is the 15th New River Art Biennial Exhibition, which rotates between the towns of Floyd, Pulaski, and Blacksburg, Virginia. Sponsored by the Blacksburg Regional Art Association (BRAA) and hosted by the Moss Arts Center at Virginia Tech (VT), BRAA created this juried biennial in 1991 and remains the driving force behind the event.

Located at the very crossroads of VT and downtown Blacksburg, the Moss Arts Center is a community center in the grandest sense, a place where the arts are a catalyst for engagement, inspiration, and discovery. With a robust visual exhibition program, the Moss Arts Center presents renowned artists from around the globe.

Open to artists over 18 years of age living within 170 miles of Blacksburg. Eligibility includes all fine arts and fine crafts including photography and video. Selected artworks will be exhibited from June 13-August 3, 2019. Awards will come from the three sponsoring centers and local donors. The awards listing is expected to expand.
