Rotterdam Photo invites independent practitioners, art students, publishers, and other photography organizations to showcase their work in the context of the festival’s 2019 theme: City Limits. Rotterdam Photo is a photography event located at Deliplein, Katendrecht where artists have the opportunity to present their work during Art Rotterdam Week (7 -10 of February 2019). Image makers can submit their work until the 1st of December 2018.
Rotterdam Photo invites image-makers to submit their work for the next Rotterdam Photo festival 2019. Selected artists and organizations will get the opportunity to showcase their work alongside curated exhibitions and an elaborate fringe programme, offering a mix of activities: from photography exhibitions and screen presentations to workshops and Rotterdam Photo Talks that takes place on the 9th of February 2019. Rotterdam Photo presents a contemporary view on photography as it manifests itself outside the white cube and connects the selected practitioners to a broad audience. In 2018, more than 5.000 people visited Rotterdam Photo.
