For those who didn’t apply, here is the comprehensive list of 2013 Sondheim Semi-Finalists announced by Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts. This year’s jurors selected fifty artists and one artist duo. There are several names that look familiar on this list, with Nate Larson, Karen Yasinsky, Lisa Dillin, Louie Palu, and Mark Parascandola all former finalists, and a lot of new names to consider. If I had to bet on it today, I’d put all my chips with Rebecca Nagle & Hannah Brancato – their faux Victoria’s Secret “Sexy Feminism” media campaign is a FORCE to be reckoned with.
