Join Flux/us Dance Projects for a special performance of The Key Is Only One
January 13 & 14 at 7pm
Maryland Art Place

Maryland Art Place presents Flux/us Dance Projects performance of The Key is Only One choreographed by Judy Kurjan with selected works by Anne Reeder and Beth McKee Elliott.

Flux/us will present The Key is Only One, a piece that is constantly in flux, ever changing and developing. As Kurjan describes it, “The Key is Only One is an exploration of dualities. It explores relationships between mind and body (and spirit), self and other, dominance and subordinance, inner world and outer world.”

Saturday’s event will be followed by a reception featuring Baltimore-based electronic music act Tek SubPort.

Judy Kurjan will also lead a free modern dance workshop on Saturday, January 14th, from 2pm – 4pm. This workshop is geared towards teens and adults. Space is limited for the performance and workshop, please contact Program Manager, Sofia Rutka at [email protected] to reserve a spot.

Tickets for the performance are $5 in advance, $10 at the door.
